At least with a DC license bouncers here will stop...

Sigh, I have to go to the DMV in the next week. After four years, my license is finally going to expire. When I went in ‘07 (in New Mexico) there was literally no line and I got the errand done in less than five minutes. I bet I will not be as lucky this time.
