Night of Tumbls
Met up with Brett at Duplex and watched The Patriot which was randomly on Bravo. Oh, and we had a deep conversation about life. Then I yakked (and drank) with Mikey, Brian Y., Blake, and his boyfriend in town from Memphis.

St. Patrick's Day in Raleigh + Durham
Basically, no fake traditions invoked.
I went to the second day of the Urban Design conference, at the gorgeous Raleigh Convention Center, got Bojangles and a car wash over lunch. It wrapped by 4:45, then I drove to Durham, went to the ABC Store and brought bourbon to Tyler’s house. We had a cocktail before dinner, then convened at Sushi Love. Sushi boat!

Good thing, because my alma mater just choked and lost while I am in Durham.
We are going to the gritty hipster brewery (Fullsteam, which happens to have amazing beer anyway) because that is where there will be the fewest mopey wasted Duke bros.

Friday for sloppy people

Yes, I have a bad habit of saving receipts until the pile starts to take over. So now I’m sifting through and saving the clothing and furniture receipts for stuff that I could still exchange (bought a much too small shirt on a whim over the weekend) and am going to throwing the rest out.
